Earth’s Deepest Dive with James Cameron

James Cameron is an advocate of informing the public about conservation and the wonders of the earth. A few years ago, Cameron created Avatar–a movie about the importance of preserving conservation on earth and elsewhere. In order to create more awareness and do some research of his own, James Cameron dove to the deepest part of the world–the Mariana Trench. Though he admits to not finding much life in the trench, he does insist on creating awareness for the ocean and the deepest parts.  Here is a video from National Geographic on Cameron’s first dive:
